• Represented domestic and cross-border clients engaged in logistics, man-power supply, suppliers for matters under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT);

• Advised and represented stakeholders and key management personnel in stakeholders disputes, class action suits for Oppression & Mis-management;

• Represented companies engaged in the manufacturing, financial, logistics and healthcare sectors for court sanctions for the scheme of arrangement, demerger/ mergers before the NCLT under S. 230 of Companies Act, 2013; and

• Drafted, advised and represented defunct companies across different sectors for revival of such companies and carry out corporate actions under IBC.
